As a Senior Network Design Engineer (IP Core), you are responsible for designing, architecting, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance IP network solutions within telecom environments, leveraging technologies such as IP/MPLS, BGP, OSPF, and EVPN-VXLAN. You will develop high-level and low-level designs (HLDs/LLDs), Methods of Procedure (MoPs), and contribute to ongoing network architecture evolution, while overseeing the configuration and integration of routers, switches, and firewalls. In this role, you will ensure network stability, optimize performance, and implement robust security frameworks, while proactively troubleshooting complex issues and maintaining adherence to industry standards. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, efficient, and future-ready network solutions aligned with business objectives.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust IP network architectures in telecom environments Configure and manage network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Implement and maintain network security policies (firewalls, IDS, NAC)
- Troubleshoot network issues and ensure optimal performance and availability
