About the role

This is a full-time, permanent position where your attention to detail directly supports the success of the dealership's vehicle operations, giving you real visibility and genuine impact within a close-knit team.

Your day-to-day will include:

Managing vehicle stock records to ensure accuracy across all dealership systems, giving you ownership of a critical part of the business
Processing vehicle arrivals, transfers, and disposals so the team always has reliable, up-to-date information
Coordinating with sales, finance, and operations teams, building strong working relationships across the dealership
Preparing reports and administration documentation that support key business decisions
Identifying and resolving stock discrepancies, adding real problem-solving variety to your week

About you

You are someone who takes pride in accuracy, works well with others, and feels a genuine sense of satisfaction when systems and records are in order.

Previous experience in a stock control, administration, or automotive role is highly regarded
Strong computer skills and confidence working across multiple systems will set you up for success here
