Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operations of multiple kitchen outlets and event catering services
Manage BOH rosters, labour costs, stock control and food cost performance
Provide hands-on leadership, training and supervision to culinary staff
Maintain exceptional food safety, hygiene and compliance standards
Drive operational improvements and kitchen efficiencies across the business
Collaborate closely with front-of-house teams to deliver seamless guest experiences
Support the Executive Chef with reporting, planning and operational oversight
About You
You are a confident and experienced kitchen leader with a passion for high-quality food, strong team leadership skills and experience working in large-scale hospitality or premium catering environments.
You will bring:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a large multi-venue hospitality or catering operation
Experience leading high-performing culinary teams
Strong financial and operational management capability
Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
Food Safety Supervisor qualification
Technical
To be eligible for appointment to this position you must hold the following qualifications
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (SIT30821) or Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (SIT40521)
Food Safety Supervisor (SITSS00069)
3 years' experience in a large multi-venue operation with a specific focus on high end catering.
