ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer who has already gained a foundation in engineering and project delivery and is now ready to take the next step toward a career in project engineering and management. The role is a mixed site based and office-based, providing a balance of technical, commercial, and project coordination experience.
At Enviropacific, we are committed to supporting the growth of our people. You will work alongside experienced project managers and senior engineers while taking ownership of specific project tasks and deliverables. This role provides a clear pathway to grow into a Project Engineer role with increasing responsibility, and ultimately toward Project Management.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Site Engineer, you will contribute to the successful delivery of water treatment projects across NSW. You will play an active role in both the commercial and technical aspects of projects, with the ability to broaden your skills in project coordination and client interface.
Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and reporting, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and on budget.

Supporting procurement activities, including supplier engagement, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery tracking.

Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, quality records, and compliance documentation.

Contributing to tender preparation, cost estimating, and proposals, assisting with business development activities.

Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to support smooth project execution.

Supporting contract administration, including document control, approvals, and project compliance.

Attending site occasionally to assist with inspections, commissioning, and subcontractor/client meetings.

Operation of existing water treatment plants (as required), including water chemistry checks, sample collection and processing, chemical supply management gaining valuable real world experience.
This role provides exposure to every stage of project delivery, laying the foundation for progression into a Project Engineer role with greater leadership responsibility.
