- Serious investment in your development - fortnightly individual supervision plus fortnightly group supervision, in-house speakers, an external PD budget for courses you choose and structured mentoring
- Extra annual leave plus birthday leave - because life happens, and birthdays should be celebrated
- Minimal travel, maximum support - mostly clinic-based work (we are opposite a shopping centre, so coffee is sorted), plus a dedicated admin team so you can focus on being an OT
- Choose your caseload - we help you build a caseload that matches your interests and strengths
- Collaborative, open-plan office - place to ask questions, debrief, bounce ideas, and actually enjoy coming to work
- Quarterly team days - clinical training, personal development, team building, and fun (yes, actual fun)
- A well-stocked clinic - our space is full of therapy resources and equipment, so you've always got what you need
