What role will you play?

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will play an important role in supporting our ambition to become Australia’s leading digital bank. You will partner with marketing, product and technology teams to translate business goals into clear requirements and scalable solutions, with a focus on customer data and system integrations. Your work will support initiatives such as data migration and platform transformation, ensuring solutions are reliable, compliant, and deliver measurable outcomes.

What you offer

3-5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst within a technology or engineering environment, with the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions, ask insightful questions and build alignment across diverse teams
A proactive and self-directed approach, with the confidence to work independently and make progress in ambiguous situations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data structures, investigate data issues and validate outcomes; familiarity with querying data using SQL is beneficial
An interest in customer data and digital experiences, with exposure to areas such as system integration, data migration or marketing technology platforms considered advantageous.
