Purpose of the Role

This is not just a system administration role – it’s an opportunity to play a critical part in how our business operates and grows.

As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, improving and supporting our Salesforce platform. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure the system is optimised, user-friendly and aligned to business needs.

What You’ll Do

Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity
Manage user access, profiles, roles and permissions
Configure workflows, automations, reports and dashboards to support business operations
Support users by troubleshooting issues, answering queries and providing guidance
Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
Maintain data quality through regular audits, cleansing and governance processes
Assist with system integrations, updates and releases
Create and maintain documentation, training materials and user guides
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and user experience

What You’ll Bring

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re analytical, proactive and enjoy solving problems. You bring:

Previous experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar CRM role
Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred or working towards)
Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, reporting and automation tools
Experience managing users, permissions and system configurations
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to translate business needs into system solutions
Strong communication skills and ability to support non-technical users
A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
