Full Job Description

About the role:

Responsibilities include:

Day to day administrative tasks assisting our busy off-the-plan apartment sales conveyancing team.
Maintaining and updating internal and client data bases with accurate contract information.
Assisting with the preparation of and issuing standard form sale contracts and agency agreements.
Investing deposits and collating purchaser information from counterparties.
Direct client liaison and real time reporting.
Assisting with settlement preparation.

About you:

1-2 years' experience in an administration or paralegal role
Available to work full time
Previous experience ideally in a professional services environment (highly desirable)
Excellent client service
High attention to detail
Exceptional communication skills, including interpersonal and written skills
Ability to work under pressure, respond promptly and effectively to clients
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft products and document management systems like Salesforce and iManage.
