Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, adaptable, positive and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to join our talented EA mobility pool and support a diverse range of Executives.

This opportunity is suited to someone who can hit the ground running, manage competing priorities, and work confidently in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do

As a team member in DEECA’s Internal Admin Agency (IAA), you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations for Executives and their teams. You’ll undertake short to medium-term assignments across the department, providing high-quality EA backfill support to cover leave, secondments and vacancies.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

Executive Assistant experience is required.

These are fixed term positions available for a period of 18 months. The work location for these positions is 2 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.
