Full Job Description

You will help build strong relationships with generous, animal-loving supporters, and keep them engaged with the amazing work RSPCA does. For someone who excels at making people feel special through meaning and creative conversations and other communications, this role is a perfect shift into one of the most sought-after areas of fundraising. This is your opportunity to join a mission-driven team, work with like-minded colleagues and secure significant support for animals and the people who love them.

About you

Minimum one year experience in not-for-profit fundraising
Demonstrated ability to cultivate, steward and grow relationships with supporters
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, organised and driven, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Emotional intelligence & empathy
Support the creation of high-quality fundraising collateral and donor proposals
Ability to align donor interests with funding priorities
CRM and Data Management proficiency in order to maintain accurate records of engagement activity

The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals New South Wales (RSPCA NSW) is a not-for-profit animal welfare organisation. We provide a strong voice for animals experiencing cruelty and neglect.
