Who are we looking for?
This role is involved across the sales lifecycle and further developing the ServiceNow market across ANZ, by motivating the sales team to identify and convert new prospects into customers, build upon existing customer relationships, and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure we are exceeding customer expectations. Success in this role depends on your ability coach, manage and lead a sales team and to co-ordinate their activities with the various other AC3 and ServiceNow stakeholders

What you’ll do?
- Present customers with specific ServiceNow solutions to meet their needs within the AC3’s delivery capability
- Develop action plans to penetrate new business/markets
- Clearly differentiate AC3’s value proposition from the competition
- Facilitate achieving the team’s services and solutions targets by enabling the team to develop new business and increase offerings into existing and new customers
- Proactively take responsibility of the sales pipeline and provide accurate updates to the ServiceNow Practice Management (weekly, monthly and quarterly)
- Build, manage and develop a high performing sales team, aligning the team with company and sales team goals and plans
What we’d love to see?
We’re looking for a strong sales leader who can balance leading and coaching a high-performing sales team while also driving their own sales outcomes. You will bring experience in complex technology or enterprise sales environments, with the ability to build and grow a customer base, consistently meet revenue targets, and lead from the front.
A key part of this role is your ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships with ServiceNow, leveraging the vendor relationship to drive joint opportunities and sales success. You’ll be confident in managing and developing Account Managers, tracking performance against targets, and creating a high-performance culture within the team.
You’ll also have a solid understanding of the IT market and competitors, paired with strong relationship management skills—working across customers, vendors, internal stakeholders, and technical teams to achieve the best outcomes.
ServiceNow experience is beneficial but not essential—we’re open to candidates with experience across similar platforms, as long as you understand how to build vendor partnerships and drive sales in a comparable environment.
