Create your best future and join Westpac as a Senior Project Manager, Credit Cards & Payments Transformation.

What’s the role?

This role sits within our Consumer Technology team and focuses on delivering complex transformation and migration initiatives across credit cards and payments.

You will operate as a hands-on delivery lead, working across both business and technology to drive outcomes end to end. This is not a traditional project management role. You will be expected to proactively move delivery forward, solve problems, and take ownership of your workstream in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Based in Sydney, this role works closely with key stakeholders across technology, product and operations to deliver large-scale change programmes.

What do I need?

Strong experience delivering transformation or migration initiatives within credit cards, payments or schemes
Ability to lead end-to-end delivery across both business and technology
A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to drive outcomes without relying on direction
Experience working in Agile environments, with a focus on execution rather than ceremony
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capability within complex environments
