We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide confidential, high-level administrative and executive support to the Associate Director, Clinical Operations within our critical Sydney Control Centre.

About the opportunity
As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing a broad range of administrative, secretarial and coordination functions to support the Associate Director Clinical Operations and the wider sector office. You will act as a key point of contact, manage competing priorities, coordinate meetings and correspondence, maintain records and databases, and support operational reporting and business activities.
This role requires exceptional organisational skills, sound judgement, discretion and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly.
Please note that this role requires flexibility to work from both Eveleigh and Sydney Olympic Park as needed to support operational requirements.

About you
You are an experienced Executive Assistant or administrative professional who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys supporting senior leaders. You are highly organised, adaptable and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage correspondence, records and data effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively as part of a team.
Sound office administration skills, including meeting coordination, minute taking and records management.
