Boral have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Supervisor to join our Western NSW Quarries Logistics Tipper team. You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance to internal and external regulations, policies and procedures. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity primarily based out of our Talbragar (near Dubbo) Quarry.

Your day will involve:

Overseeing company and contractor drivers including workforce management such as recruitment and leave
Overseeing medicals and on boarding of Drivers
Ensuring safety through Toolbox Talks, inspecting customer sites and managing CoR compliance and breaches
Undertaking Heavy Vehicle inspections
Investigating incidents and accidents
Resolving public queries and complaints
Utilisation of company assets and P&L oversight
Stakeholder engagement with central allocations team

What are we looking for?

A current and valid Drivers License
Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility and NHVAS regulations
Background in Logistics/ Transport, Supply Chain/ Manufacturing
Genuine interest and commitment towards learning and development
Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Management is desirable
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage time and competing priorities within fast paced environments
Good technological skills with the ability to learn new systems (Excel, telematics, payroll systems, etc.)
