About the role
Be at the forefront of a major digital transformation at Australian Red Cross as our Data Migration Manager within the IT Application Delivery team. This is a high-impact role where you will lead the end-to-end data migration strategy for the Client Services and Billing System (FFS) program—critical to enabling our transition to a modern, fee-for-service operating model.
You’ll drive the migration of complex, business-critical data from a diverse legacy landscape (including Pivotal CRM, Access Databases, and other program-specific portals) into a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem (Finance, Supply Chain Management and CRM). Your expertise will ensure data is trusted, secure and audit-ready, directly supporting compliant service delivery, accurate activity-based billing across multiple service lines and regulatory obligations—particularly within sectors such as Aged Care.
You’ll design and execute robust migration approaches that:
- Ensure high data quality, accuracy and integrity across all migrated datasets
- Align with complex billing structures and regulatory frameworks (including Aged Care Act requirements)
- Safeguard and preserve critical service, client and financial data
- Enable a smooth transition with minimal operational disruption

You’re confident analysing, designing and implementing data migration solutions, and enjoy working across multiple systems, vendors and teams to ensure data is accurate, secure and aligned with regulatory and business requirements. Both strategic and hands-on, you excel at translating complex data challenges into practical, scalable solutions that drive real business impact.
