This is a performance marketing role sitting at the intersection of paid media, conversion rate optimisation, and marketing operations. You’ll own global campaign execution across paid channel search, video, social, display, and email — working directly with the VP of Growth Marketing to drive new customer acquisition and eCommerce revenue. Campaign copy and creative: from brief to variations, fast
Use AI to generate and iterate ad copy, headlines, and landing page content across channels — so you’re testing more variations with less manual effort and finding winning messages faster.
Performance analysis: insight without the hours
AI synthesises campaign data across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and email into clear performance narratives — so you’re walking into stakeholder conversations with recommendations, not just reports.
A/B testing and CRO: smarter hypotheses, faster iteration
AI helps you generate test hypotheses, analyse multivariate results, and draft landing page variants — so your experimentation roadmap is always full and your learnings compound faster.
What you’ll do Own global campaign execution:
- Plan and execute integrated paid media campaigns across search, display, video, social, and email — with AI accelerating copy, targeting, and reporting at every stage
- Define campaign KPIs, build reporting frameworks, and deliver clear performance recommendations to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with agency partners to ensure goals and targets are met across all paid media channels.
Drive conversion and growth:
- Plan and execute multivariate A/B tests on landing pages to improve conversion rates and campaign ROI.
- Support the Growth team with targeting, awareness, and activation initiatives to drive product-led growth.
- Manage and optimise the company website in collaboration with the content team — keeping it current and performing for search.
Own the marketing operations layer:
- Support HubSpot and Salesforce initiatives, including nurture campaigns, segmentation, lead management, and data integrity.
- Work with GTM operations on CDP, tagging and ensuring that the in-platform audiences are up to date.
- Manage social media channels — LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram — in collaboration with the content team to grow engagement and followers.
- Share what’s working — your AI workflows, your test learnings, your optimisation wins.
What we’re looking for Experience and skills
Proven experience in performance or digital marketing, either in-house or agency-side. Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools — ideally HubSpot and Salesforce. Solid understanding of SEO, CMS (Sanity.io), and website management principles. Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Power BI.
AI fluency:
- You use LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) daily — for copy, analysis, briefing, and reporting.
- You prompt for real output: ad variations, performance summaries, SEO briefs, test hypotheses.
- You know where AI accelerates your output — and where your strategic instincts and platform expertise still win.
- You share what works and you’re always looking for what’s next.
