As a Senior Product Designer, you know your clients' needs inside and out. You can come at product and experience problems from every angle, working side-by-side with clients and colleagues from early discovery through to delivery. You will develop as a trusted advisor based on your product design craft, consulting judgement and ability to turn ambiguity into clear, deliverable experience direction.

About you

You can lead the design side of discovery and definition for a product stream.

You use qualitative and quantitative research, data and client context to inform insights that drive product and strategic opportunities.

You are a curious, collaborative and capable consulting professional who can bring together design, strategy and technology.

You can guide less experienced designers, manage stakeholder conversations and produce client-ready deliverables.

You are AI-native in practice, using modern design, canvas and prototyping tools to accelerate exploration while keeping judgement, accessibility, evidence and delivery quality in control.

About the Job

As a Senior Product Designer, we are looking to you to partner with colleagues and clients to make product ambitions a palpable reality. You will collaborate with product owners, engineers, solution architects, advisory teams and client stakeholders to direct, define and design product experiences for leading enterprise clients. To do this, you will apply your product design craft, critical thinking and consulting skills to diagnose and resolve complex business and user problems through innovative digital solutions.

In this role, you will play a key role in:

Lead discovery and definition for a product stream, including research planning, contextual inquiry, synthesis, journey/task flows, information architecture and product direction.

Define product design approaches that accelerate digital adoption, improve user outcomes and support business cases for investment.

Design end-to-end product and omnichannel experiences across B2B, B2C and B2B2C environments, including AI-enabled and machine-human interactions where relevant.

Create and govern Figma or similar design/prototyping artefacts, design-system patterns, prototypes, behavioural annotations, acceptance criteria and delivery handoff materials.

Guide Product Designers and Experience Designers so design decisions are usable, accessible and delivery-ready .

Partner with Design Engineers to test feasibility, create rapid coded or AI-assisted prototypes and reduce handoff risk before delivery teams commit.

Help clients understand short and long-term implications of product, design, AI and technology shifts across policy, people, process and platform dimensions.

Contribute to business development opportunities, pursuits, reusable assets and communities of practice.

Qualification

Skills and Experience

To be successful you will be client led , impact-driven and client focused , with a passion for people and a demonstrated track record of delivering outcomes through digital technology.

3-5+ years of product design, UX, experience design, digital consulting or agency experience, ideally in complex product, platform or enterprise environments.

Strong product design capability across discovery, research, synthesis, interaction design, UI craft, visual design, prototyping, usability testing, design systems, accessibility and delivery handoff.

Strong working knowledge of experience canvas tools such as FigJam , Miro or Mural, and creative production tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud or similar, to make complex work visible and client-ready .

Consulting skills including facilitation, stakeholder management, storytelling, workshop design, written communication and client-ready presentation.

Demonstrable skills in analysing and understanding complex problems experienced by medium to large-scale organisations from strategy to implementation.

A track record of delivering project workstreams and client deliverables through coordination, focus on outcomes and empathy for people across different backgrounds .

A knack for explaining complex technologies, frameworks and design decisions in non-technical language.

Confident use of AI-assisted design and prototyping tools such as Figma Make, UX Pilot, Lovable, Replit , Cursor, Google Stitch or similar, with judgement around evidence, accessibility, privacy, responsible AI, feasibility and design quality.

You likely have an undergraduate degree in design, human-computer interaction, business consulting, computer science or a related field, and have a demonstrated curiosity for new knowledge with relevant certifications, professional learning or equivalent industry experience.
