The Opportunity
Based in our vibrant Sydney or Melbourne CBD offices, you will be instrumental in expanding our growing Sustainability division across the Pacific region. This is more than a leadership role; it’s an opportunity to shape the future of sustainable real estate, leveraging your expertise in engineering or sustainability to deliver exceptional client outcomes and cultivate new business.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Strategic Leadership & Growth : Drive national growth for the Sustainability division, managing P&L responsibilities, and identifying & securing both new and existing business development opportunities.
Client Engagement & Solutions : Partner with key clients to deliver critical ESG Due Diligence reporting, comprehensive Energy and Water Audits, and cutting-edge Net Zero Carbon Reporting for diverse assets and portfolios.
Expert Advisory : Provide high-level technical advice and innovative strategies, enabling clients to meet and exceed their sustainability goals.
Team & Project Management : Balance strategic direction, active business development, and hands-on project delivery, while fostering a high-performing team environment.
Market Influence : Position CBRE as the leading sustainability authority in the commercial real estate sector, expanding our footprint and thought leadership.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field.
Demonstrated senior leadership experience within the ESG building sector, with a proven track record in successful business development and client acquisition.
Extensive expertise in assessing building performance from a sustainability perspective.
