About the Role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Officer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with leaders to find and hire great people.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end recruitment role where you’ll manage multiple vacancies, partner with stakeholders, and deliver a seamless candidate and onboarding experience. You’ll play a key role in shaping the workforce that supports our College community.

Key Responsibilities

Own and coordinate end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio.

Partner with leaders to attract and secure high-quality talent.

Manage job ads, candidate communication and interview coordination.

Prepare contracts and support employment lifecycle processes.

Facilitate onboarding to ensure a smooth and professional start.

Support probation processes and key employee lifecycle milestones.

Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR administration.

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

High attention to detail and a commitment to getting things right.

Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
