Description:
As the eCommerce Site Coordinator at MUJI Store Support Service, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing the content for our online retail platform. Your responsibilities will include:

Maintain and update website content including product listings, imagery, banners, and landing pages, ensuring accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines
Support the setup and delivery of new product launches and promotional campaigns, ensuring they are accurate, timely, and visually consistent
Assist in tracking eCommerce performance, analysing product trends, and identifying opportunities to improve sales and user experience
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure content supports campaigns and enhances the customer journey
Use and continuously build capability in platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, and Shippit while contributing ideas to improve site functionality and efficiency

Skills and Experiences:

Experience in a retail, digital marketing, or eCommerce support role
Basic understanding of website content, digital marketing, or product merchandising

Strong attention to detail, time management and organisational and communication skills
Willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment
Interest in retail, fashion, home goods, or lifestyle brands is an advantage
