About the Opportunity

As a Senior Program Coordinator for the Single Digital Patient record, you will be responsible for leading the portfolio program support function across a range of projects including planning and coordination, scheduling and tracking progress documentation, and reporting.

In this role, you will:

Coordinate and oversee program-wide activities including planning, scheduling, governance support, and reporting across multiple projects
Support clinical engagement by building strong relationships with clinicians, SMEs, and operational stakeholders
Contribute to program governance through tracking milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies

Provide strategic advice and insights to inform project planning, delivery, and governance.

Drive consistency in program processes, documentation, and reporting

About You

We are looking for someone who brings a strong understanding of service delivery environments, combined with excellent coordination and program support skills:

Clinical background is desirable (e.g. nursing, allied health, clinical systems, or healthcare service delivery)

Demonstrates extensive experience coordinating medium to large projects at a program or portfolio level within complex service organisations.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, timelines, and stakeholders

Experience supporting governance, reporting, risk and issue management

Excels in prioritising competing demands in a high-volume environment, maintaining a strong customer-focused approach to achieve outcomes.
