Locations: Brookvale and Warriewood
We are currently recruiting for our teams at Brookvale Service Centre and Warriewood Service Centre, with exciting opportunities for Customer Service Representatives and Digital Service Representatives.
Please note: This recruitment will only be used to fill roles or create a talent pool for this specific location and immediate surrounding area. Service NSW uses multi-staged recruitment methods and candidates selected to progress to interview stage, may be required to attend an in-person interview conducted at one of the above Service Centre locations.

Your Impact
As the first point of contact in our Service Centres, you will help customers feel supported, informed and confident using our services. Your friendly approach, patience, and ability to explain things simply will shape every customer’s experience. You’ll work closely with your team to keep things running smoothly, create a welcoming environment, and handle complaints or complex enquiries with care and accuracy. Your professionalism and commitment to great service will help build trust in our centres and encourage more customers to use our digital services.

Operating hours:
In our Service Centres hours vary between locations. You can check the opening hours for each Service Centre here. Flexibility is required to work on a rotating roster between the Service Centre’s operational hours which may include Saturdays.
The Service NSW Award hours are 6:30am – 7:30pm (Monday to Friday) and 7:30am - 3:30pm (Saturdays). In some situations, you may be required to work during these hours.
Part-time – minimum 40 hours per fortnight- (Monday to Friday)
Full-time – 70 hours per fortnight
Hours are also subject to change based on the needs of the business.
