About the role
You’ll be servicing and growing a client portfolio by assisting our senior brokers and some of the duties include:

Account Servicing: Support Senior Brokers with new business and renewal quotations, preparation of client documentation, closings, invoices, and claims management.

Client Support:Provide day-to-day assistance to clients, brokers, underwriters, and other stakeholders with tight turnaround times.

Account Management:Assist with overall account management and debtor management to ensure smooth operations.

Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to enhance internal processes and cost efficiencies, collaborating with the Gallagher Service Centre for accurate preparation of information.

Client Information: Gather relevant client data, identify key issues, and provide assistance to Senior Brokers.

Documentation Accuracy:Ensure 100% accuracy in all documentation issued to internal and external clients.

Industry Knowledge:Stay informed on industry trends by attending training sessions, seminars, and other professional development opportunities.

Professional Standards:Apply best business practices, acting ethically, professionally, and with integrity in all areas of work.
