The Role
We are currently seeking a Principal Designer (Bridges & Structures), to design, coordinate and take the lead on project delivery for various Rail & Metro Transport Infrastructure projects both locally and nationally.
Key Responsibilities

Concept design and delivery of rail projects, with a focus on bridges

Define project workflows and establish efficient drafting processes from project inception

Develop and implement custom Revit tools, Dynamo scripts, and automation solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy

Support projects by creating tailored scripts and workflows to meet deliverables with high efficiency

Collaborate with engineers and project teams to deliver high-quality outputs

Provide technical guidance and mentoring within the design and drafting team
About You
-
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Advanced Diploma

Minimum 10-15 years’ bridge design experience

Expert-level proficiency in Revit, including advanced family creation and parametric modeling
-
Strong experience with Dynamo scripting, automation, and process optimization
-
Ability to develop internal Revit tools and standards to enhance team productivity
-
Deep understanding of bridge detailing, verification, and set-out processes
-
Ability to work collaboratively in a small, high-performing team
