Role Purpose:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for Crystalbrook Vincent in Brisbane – those who have an unwavering passion and flair for all things Food & Beverage are encouraged to apply.

Food and Drink Servers - up early for Breakfast service or keen for all services
Barista - early morning coffee creators

Great opportunity for early birds as we will be offering early breakfast shifts for a beautiful breakfast service. Our exceptional award-winning venues thrive with personality and gastric delights to suit every taste.

As a barista, you will collaborate with our guests by:

Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages with consistency and care.
Engaging with guests, providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
Staying knowledgeable about our menu and various coffee blends.
Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.

Skills and experience:

The position reports to the Venue Manager and work alongside a passionate and supportive team who believe in crafting incredible culinary experiences for all guests.

We take great pride in delivering the very best dining experience in our restaurant. Because of this we are seeking zealous, engaging and professional food and beverage wizards!

You will need to demonstrate:

Recent experience in food and beverage service in a high-end environment
Fantastic Barista skills
A current QLD RSA Certificate
Availability across a 7 day roster - early morning breakfast shifts will be required
A high standard of service and an agile, high-energy personality
An engaging, confident and guest centric character with a natural drive to provide memorable guest experiences
Strong commitment to establishing and maintaining long-term employment in Brisbane
