What You’ll Be Doing:

Providing expert midwifery care to postnatal mothers and newborns, including advice on feeding, baby care, and maternal recovery.

Monitoring and assessing the health and wellbeing of both mother and baby, addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.

Ensuring a seamless, patient-centered experience through collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

Role-modeling empathy, compassion, and professionalism in your interactions with patients and families.

Continuously enhancing your skills by participating in ongoing education and staying current with best practices in maternity care.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:

AHPRA Registration as a midwife (essential).
-
Previous experience in a Birth Suite and/or Postnatal ward.

Experience needed-Post Grad+ 1 year experience or Grad year + 1 year experience
-
A strong understanding of contemporary maternity and newborn care practices.

A passion for providing exceptional, empathetic care to women and their families

The annual salary range for full time Registered Midwives – AUD $82,237- $103,280 + super + entitlements, depending on registration type, year level and position/experience (prorated for part-time).
