Full Job Description

We are a leading provider of cleaning services and are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Housekeeping Cleaner who have great communication skills to join our team at Unilodge Lincoln House (125 Bouverie St, Carlton VIC 3053).

Requirements for this position:

Hotel or student accommodation housekeeping experience.
Shifts can vary during the day between 6:00AM and 3:00PM and Weekends

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate that you are a team player with a strong customer service approach and ability to follow directions and work autonomously. We are ideally looking for someone with some housekeeping experience and additional training will be provided to complete your role effectively and safely.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

Clean and maintain rooms, common areas, and facilities to the highest standards
Ensure all linens and towels are fresh and well-maintained
Restock supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
Provide excellent service to guests, responding to requests and inquiries with a friendly attitude
Adhere to hotel policies and procedures for safety and cleanliness.

You need to demonstrate:

Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, student accommodation or similar environment is a plus
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management skills
