We are currently seeking a Marketing Executive to join our high-performing marketing team based in either our Sydney or Canberra HQ. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in driving brand growth, member acquisition, and campaign performance across multiple brands.
Reporting to the GM of Marketing, the Marketing Executive will support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social, in-club, and local area marketing channels. You’ll work closely with operations, creative teams, agencies, and stakeholders to help bring campaigns to life, support new location launches, and contribute to initiatives that directly impact business growth and member engagement.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creativity with execution, loves seeing campaigns perform in market, and is eager to grow their career within one of Australia’s leading fitness and wellness companies.
Campaign Coordination & Execution
- Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, OOH, and in-club channels.
- Assist in coordinating campaign timelines, creative assets, approvals, and execution across multiple brands.
- Support local area marketing (LAM) campaigns, club promotions, and community activations.
- Assist with pre-sale and new location launch campaigns, ensuring activities are delivered on time and aligned with brand standards.
Content & Creative Support
- Assist in developing campaign copy for emails, social media, website content, landing pages, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate creative briefs with internal design teams and external agencies.
- Support the scheduling and publishing of marketing content across platforms.
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting across acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics.
- Support analysis of campaign data including lead generation, conversion performance, and ROI.
- Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and identification of growth opportunities.
Stakeholder & Project Coordination
- Work collaboratively with operations teams, club managers, agencies, and suppliers to support campaign execution.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- Assist with marketing administration including purchase orders, invoices, and campaign documentation.
Customer Experience & Engagement
- Support initiatives designed to improve member engagement and retention across the member lifecycle.
- Assist with promotions, events, and activations that enhance brand awareness and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline (desirable).
Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years’ experience in a marketing or campaign coordination role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Experience coordinating campaigns across digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong organisational and project coordination capability with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with CRM, email marketing, social scheduling, or analytics platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.).
- Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, franchise, or service-based industries highly regarded.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced team environment.
