We are seeking individuals with practical technical experience in one or more of the technologies listed below.

2. Act as the first point of contact for facility-related incidents, alarms, faults, and operational issues.
3. Conduct initial fault diagnosis, risk assessment, and coordination of corrective actions to maintain site integrity and network resilience.
4. Manage and oversee contractor attendance, maintenance activities, and site-based works.
5. Assess and oversee site-related Change Management activities.
6. Conduct audits, inspections, and condition assessments of facility assets.
7. Act as the principal site-based contact for building stakeholders, customers, tenants, contractors, and external authorities.
8. Identify, assess, and escalate risks impacting facility operations or network performance.
