Domestic Assistant - Wembley and surrounds - WA
We’re recruiting experienced Domestic Assistants for permanent part‑time roles (40 hours per fortnight), needed Monday 9am-3pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9am-2pm.
Applicants must live in Churchlands, City Beach, Claremont, Cottesloe, Crawley, Daglish, Dalkeith, Floreat, Jolimont, Mosman Park, Mt Claremont, Nedlands, Peppermint Grove, Shenton Park, Subiaco , Swanbourne, Wembley, Wembley Downs.
Domestic Assistants support clients to maintain independence by providing domestic assistance, general housekeeping, meal preparation and social support. The role involves travelling between clients’ homes, following a digital schedule and care plan via a mobile app, so a reliable vehicle and ability to work autonomously are essential.

What we’re looking for
- 3-6 months Domestic/Industrial cleaning experience.
- A valid Drivers’ License with unrestricted access to a registered vehicle which is appropriately insured and in good condition, is essential.
- Ability and willingness to work autonomously in the community, travelling from home to home, referring to a digital schedule and care plan, via a mobile app, will be essential.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills are essential.

- Provide high‑quality support that promotes client independence.
- Deliver domestic assistance and general housekeeping tasks.
- Prepare meals and support clients with basic nutrition needs.
- Provide social support and assist clients to remain engaged in their community.
- Follow a predetermined schedule while travelling between clients’ homes.
- Use a mobile app to access and follow digital schedules and care plans independently.
- Maintain unrestricted access to a reliable vehicle for travel between visits.
