About the Role
As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of shifts, ensuring efficient service, and a welcoming guest experience. You’ll work closely with the Venue Manager to support smooth day-to-day operations and lead by example on the floor.

Shifts comprise of mornings, afternoons and evenings throughout the week.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient bar, coffee station with a very well presented floor
Train, support & lead all FOH team members
Troubleshoot equipment, or workflow issues during service
Engage with guests and confidently discuss all food & beverage offerings
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering when required
Uphold food safety, hygiene, and venue service standards
Opening & closing the venue as required

About You

1 - 2 years’ supervisor experience in a high-volume café
Wine and/or coffee knowledge and attention to detail (preferred but not required)
Calm, organised, and confident during busy service periods
Natural leader who enjoys coaching and supporting others
Approved Managers (WA) & Food Handler Certificate is required
Professional, positive, and team-focused
