About the role

Marketing at Revolut is all about clarity, creativity, and commercial impact. Our Growth team turns bold ideas into campaigns that connect with millions. We work across channels and teams to build a brand that earns attention and drives results, shaping how people see, understand, and engage with our products.

We’re looking for a Business Marketing Manager to lead our brand and growth efforts in Australia for Revolut Business. You’ll oversee local campaign development, refine market positioning, and launch initiatives that drive acquisition. You’ll also partner with regional leadership and global marketing team members to make sure every move we make resonates and performs.

What you'll be doing

Defining and executing full-funnel Australia marketing plans, including growth channels, demand generation campaigns, and executive engagements
Identifying user needs by deeply understanding Revolut Business customers and how our product works globally to create data-driven, actionable insights
Leading local marketing activations, ranging from case study creation to customer speaking engagements and community meetups
Partnering with the Demand Generation and Product Marketing teams for assets that drive demand from local enterprises
Tracking, measuring, and communicating programme results and day-to-day market performance to senior leadership, continually optimising for efficiency and scale
Running experiments to test hypotheses, and analysing campaign insights that inform the go-to-market strategy
Delivering campaigns with a bias towards growth and business impact

What you'll need

4+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience, with a proven track record as a successful growth marketing manager
A startup/performance marketing mindset to turn influencer, partnerships, affiliate marketing, and owned channels into an engine of growth
In-depth knowledge of B2B marketing in Australia, covering ATL, BTL, demand generation, and partnerships
An understanding or experience with CRM/Salesforce, events marketing, and email marketing tactics and technology
Advanced analytical skills and a track record of taking data-informed decisions in any situation, including deep knowledge of growth drivers
Great organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once, making sure you meet the quality, budget/ROI, and time constraints
An interest in Revolut Business’ mission and fintech in general
A demonstrated ability to analyse and distil data into actionable insights that inform campaign strategy and product development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

An understanding of the payments, fintech, and/or e-commerce industries, and partner ecosystems
