We are looking for a fantastic Occupational Therapist to join our team!

Who we are: The Social Domain is a comfortable, inclusive space that allows people to embrace their strengths and individuality, whilst building the skills that empower them to engage more positively with others.

The role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. Our referrals span across the lifespan. The role will be predominantly based out of our Caulfield clinic with 2 days in the community/at schools. We offer unique areas of practice at The Social Domain including School Readiness and Social Skills group programs (across the lifespan). We do our best to align caseloads with clinical interests. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Occupational Therapist who is passionate about making a difference. Salary listed is based on experience and includes superannuation.

Services we provide: Assessments and evidence-based treatment for individuals experiencing one or more difficulties in the following areas:

Social Skills and Peer Relationships (including groups)
Sensory Processing
Emotional Regulation
Executive Functioning Skills
Attention and Concentration
Fine Motor Skills
Gross Motor Skills
Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
School Readiness and Participation
Independence and Life Skills

About you:

Available to work 4-5 days per week
A team player who is organised and willing to connect, collaborate and adapt your therapeutic approach based on clients needs
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and engage clients
Problem-solving skills and a growth mindset

Role requirements:

Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check
AHPRA registration
Drivers License

Pay: $80,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year

Education:

Bachelor Degree (Required)

Australia (Required)
