- 7+ years’ experience in Salesforce consulting, with at least 2+ years in a Solution Architect or lead technical design role.

Strong Salesforce platform expertise (Sales, Service, and/or Industry Clouds) with hands-on background in Apex, LWC, SOQL, APIs, and configuration.

Proven experience designing end-to-end Salesforce solutions for complex enterprise environments.

Experience leading workshops, gathering requirements, and producing Solution Design Documents (SDDs).

Strong pre-sales experience, including RFP support, solution design, and effort estimation.

Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

Experience leading technical delivery across DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and environment strategy.

Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with senior and executive-level clients.

Experience mentoring developers and functional consultants within delivery teams.

Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices across data, security, integration, and architecture.
