We are proud to have a dedicated workforce that is progressive and diverse, and we are always looking for great people to join our team. We have opportunities for a skilled and driven Grader Operator to join our team working on projects across all of Melbourne.

About the opportunity
Reporting to the Site Supervisor, your key duties include, but are not limited to:

General operation and maintenance of machine – preparation and position of machine for operation
Monitor operation of plant and adjust accordingly
Work from drawings as directed by Site Supervisors and Project Engineers
Follow and ensure safe operating procedures at all times

About You
To be considered, you need to demonstrate the following:

Experience operating a Grader with final trim experience.
Recent civil experience, specifically in bulk earthworks
GPS experience is required
Ability to demonstrate high levels of initiative and be able to work well under pressure
Current driver’s license and appropriate plant and OHS tickets required
Safety focused attitude with a high attention to detail and time management skills
Able to work as part of a team
OH&S Induction card (white card)

Shortlisted candidates will need to complete a pre-employment medical assessment.
