Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily banquet and event operations to ensure smooth, high-quality service
Lead, train, and support the banquet team to deliver consistent service standards
Monitor guest satisfaction and address service issues promptly
Coordinate closely with clients, chefs, and event coordinators for seamless execution
Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards
Conduct pre-event briefings and post event reviews
Manage inventory, equipment, and cost controls, including rosters and payroll
Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews for banquet staff
Ensure accurate daily postings and complete detailed post event reports

What You’ll Bring:

Experience in food and beverage operations
Confident leadership skills with the ability to guide, train, and support a diverse team
A guest focused approach and commitment to delivering high quality service
Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene requirements
Ability to manage basic cost controls, rosters, and inventory
Professional presentation and adherence to grooming standards
