About the role
Reporting to the HVAC Trade Coordinator, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, fault finding and repair of HVAC systems and associated plant and equipment. You will diagnose and resolve technical issues, manage maintenance activities, coordinate resources and contractors, and ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant legislation, standards and workplace safety requirements.
About you

Undertake installation, servicing, fault finding and repair of mechanical (HVAC) systems in large-scale healthcare environments
Diagnose faults, investigate issues and implement practical, cost-effective solutions.
Prioritise work schedules, manage time effectively and meet required deadlines with minimal supervision.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, supervisors and contractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption.
Manage allocated resources including materials, contractors and work orders to achieve quality and timely outcomes.
