From residential deep cleans to large-scale commercial contracts, our team takes pride in raising the standard of every space we touch. We're building a brand that people trust — and now we're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help us grow.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional to take ownership of Speckless's growth strategy. You'll identify and win new business, nurture key accounts, and help shape how we go to market — all while working alongside a passionate team that genuinely cares about quality and service.

What You'll Be Doing

Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and strata sectors
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and partnership channels
Develop tailored proposals and service packages that meet client needs and demonstrate the Speckless difference
Own the end-to-end sales process from initial enquiry through to contract signing and handover
Manage and grow relationships with existing key accounts to drive retention and upsell opportunities
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience
Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity using CRM tools
Represent Speckless at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements
Contribute to the development of pricing strategies, service offerings, and go-to-market plans

What We're Looking For

1+ years of business development or B2B sales experience.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Self-starter with the ability to manage your time, pipeline, and priorities independently
Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine passion for delivering great service
Comfortable with CRM platforms and basic reporting tools
A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel locally for client meetings

Bonus points if you have:

Experience in commercial cleaning, property management, or facilities services
An existing network within the commercial real estate or strata management sectors
Experience building or refining a sales function from the ground up
