An exciting opportunity to join Seed Heritage as we continue to grow and expand our retail network. We are looking for an Assistant Manager to lead our passionate team across our BRAND-NEW Townsville concept store and concession pads by driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture. Deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.

THE ROLE:

Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
Engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
Work with State Leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and prepare back-of-house administration.
Sunday to Thursday roster.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

2+ years experience managing a large flagship store or having exposure managing multiple sites (including Concession stores) with a high volume fashion retailer
An eye for styling and detail to up hold our high visual merchandising standards
A capacity to prepare monthly rosters costed to achieve store budgets
The ability to analyse and organize stock to maximize sales on the shop floor
Strong interpersonal skills to lead and manage the store teams
Highly motivated and self-driven
