Procure and tender contractors for planned preventative maintenance contracts and various capital projects, ensuring competitive pricing and quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with procurement policies
Conduct regular inspections of common areas, building exteriors, foyers, carparks, fire stairs, and passageways to identify defects, safety hazards, or cleanliness issues, arranging timely rectification and maintaining presentation standards
Maintain comprehensive building documentation including logbooks, contractor induction manuals, risk and compliance registers, and ensure all procedures are implemented and knowledge of operational systems is current across the team
Implement and monitor security services, oversee cleaning contractor performance through spot checks, and ensure adequate toiletry supplies and cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the property
Program and adjust building systems including time clocks for public holidays, access card permissions, and afterhours air conditioning scheduling to optimize tenant comfort and operational efficiency
Ensure all contractors receive up-to-date site inductions and training, verify permits where applicable, and maintain strict adherence to building rules and safety protocols during all maintenance and construction activities

Demonstrated experience in facilities management with a focus on managing multi-story commercial properties and their complex building systems including fire protection, electrical, HVAC, and building automation systems
