Full Job Description

Introduction:
Are you looking to kick start your career in Human Resources? If you're super organised, detail-oriented with strong administrative skills and someone who thrives on a challenge, then we want to hear from you. As a People and Culture Administrator, you'll provide essential administrative support to our P&C team across a broad range of tasks aligned to our business priorities. This is a fixed-term contract of approximately 12 months, reporting to the People and Culture Manager.

Description:
THE ROLE

Your key responsibilities will include:

Updating departmental procedure manuals including maintenance of the Document Control Register
Assisting with management of the Learning Management System
Assisting with managing the transactional processes as part of the team member journey and employee experience, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
Assisting with generating contracts, letters, processing terminations, file maintenance and compliance tasks
Being a point of contact for People and Culture enquiries via phone and email and answering general team queries
Administration and data entry of team member information for our HRIS (ELMO) and other systems
Managing and organising team member service milestones
Providing generalist advice and operational support to team members and leaders
Contributing to the development and delivery of the People Strategy and implementation of key initiatives

ABOUT YOU
You're a detail-driven and approachable administrator who enjoys working in a people-focused environment and takes pride in keeping things accurate and on track. You'll bring:

Proven experience in administration with a high level of attention to detail
Knowledge and familiarity working with Human Resource Information Systems and Time and Attendance systems, preferably ELMO and Humanforce
Intermediate experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
A confident communication style with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
A collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to provide support where and when it's needed
A genuine can-do attitude and the ability to multi-task and prioritise work according to business needs
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent experience (preferred)
