Build the platform that powers engineering.
We're partnering with a globally recognised technology-driven organisation that's investing heavily in its cloud engineering capabilities. They're looking for an experienced Engineering Lead to drive the evolution of a large-scale analytics and compute platform used by engineering teams to build, test and deploy mission-critical applications.

This is a role for someone who loves solving complex engineering problems at scale. You'll lead a talented team while remaining technically credible, influencing architecture, engineering standards and platform direction. Rather than building a single application, you'll be creating the foundations that enable hundreds of engineers to deliver faster, safer and more efficiently.

If you've built internal developer platforms, cloud infrastructure or large engineering ecosystems—and enjoy working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders—this is an opportunity to make a genuine organisation-wide impact.

What you'll be doing Lead a team responsible for a cloud-native engineering and analytics platform used across multiple development teams.

What we're looking for
You'll be an experienced engineering leader with the technical depth to earn the respect of senior engineers while possessing the communication skills to influence stakeholders across the business.

You'll ideally bring:
Proven experience leading engineering teams delivering large-scale platforms or shared engineering services.
