Your new role
In your new role as Warranty and Admin Clerk at CMI Toyota West Terrace, you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting the timely and accurate submission of warranty requests
- Assisting our busy service department with administrative tasks
- Answering phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Providing information to stakeholders as requested
Most importantly, you’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers by working closely with your team and other departments.

About you
You don’t have to come from the automotive industry, in fact many of our best people haven’t! What we’re seeking is someone who has:
- Strong administrative experience, seeking their next long-term role
- Experience in process driven admin roles such as warranties, claims etc. is highly desirable
- Attention to detail and prioritisation skills with an ability to work at pace
- Excellent interpersonal skills with teammates and customers
- Good ability to learn and adapt to new computer systems
