What You'll Be Doing
Executive and Calendar Management
- Orchestrate complex executive calendars across multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and strategic leadership activities
- Anticipate scheduling challenges and proactively manage competing priorities
- Ensure leaders are fully prepared and aligned for every engagement
✈️ Travel and Logistics Coordination
- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements
- Create seamless travel experiences including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation
- Handle last-minute changes with confidence and professionalism
Executive Communications
- Manage and prioritise executive inboxes
- Draft professional communications and correspondence
- Ensure important messages and actions are completed promptly
- Maintain strong communication flow across internal and external stakeholders
Financial and Administrative Support
- Coordinate expense management and reimbursement processes
- Maintain accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Support administrative activities that keep executive operations running smoothly
Meeting and Event Excellence
- Prepare agendas, briefings, presentations, and supporting materials
- Coordinate meeting logistics and stakeholder readiness
- Capture actions, decisions, and follow-up commitments
- Support executive events, leadership gatherings, and business functions
Executive Enablement
- Create presentations, reports, and executive-facing documents
- Support leadership initiatives and strategic communications
- Act as a trusted partner who enhances executive productivity and effectiveness

- Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office and business productivity tools

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience is preferred.
