About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded
Marketing Manager – APAC to join our Marketing & Pursuits team on a
12-month fixed-term contract, providing maternity leave cover .
This is a key regional role responsible for shaping and executing integrated marketing activity across Australia, New Zealand and Asia, building TSA Riley’s brand visibility and supporting our strategic growth priorities.
Working closely with senior business leaders, sector and service line leads and our broader Marketing, Communications & Content and Pursuits teams, you’ll translate business priorities and market opportunities into targeted marketing initiatives that create meaningful engagement with our clients and markets.
Your remit will span integrated campaigns, sector and service line marketing, events, sponsorships and memberships, brand, and thought leadership activation. You’ll bring both strategic thinking and a strong delivery mindset - comfortable developing the plan, bringing stakeholders with you and making it happen.
This role can be based in
Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne , with a hybrid office/work from home arrangement.
About You
You are an experienced B2B marketer who enjoys working close to the business and turning commercial priorities into smart, targeted marketing activity.
You will ideally bring:
- 6–8+ years’ experience across marketing, digital, content, campaigns or events, ideally within property, infrastructure, professional services or a related B2B environment
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that build brand awareness and market engagement
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to translate business, sector and client priorities into effective marketing strategies
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and working across multiple teams, markets or geographies
- Experience across brand management, channel strategy, events, sponsorships and memberships
- Excellent copywriting, editing and communication skills, with a strong eye for quality and brand
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to assess performance and ROI and use insights to continuously improve marketing activity
- A collaborative, proactive approach and the confidence to influence stakeholders across the business
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and executing integrated marketing initiatives that build TSA Riley’s brand and support key sector, service line and regional growth priorities
- Partnering with regional leaders and sector and service line leads to identify market opportunities and translate them into targeted marketing activity
- Planning and delivering strategic campaigns across digital, content, events and other relevant channels
- Leading the marketing approach to key client and industry events, sponsorships and memberships across the region
- Partnering with our Communications & Content team to activate thought leadership, strategic messaging, media and speaking opportunities
- Supporting Client Account Management Plans by aligning relevant marketing activity with account and growth objectives
- Tracking campaign and marketing performance, using data and insights to measure impact, report on outcomes and inform future activity
- Championing TSA Riley’s brand and providing guidance to stakeholders to ensure consistent, high-quality application across the business
- Collaborating with Marketing & Pursuits colleagues across APAC to ensure programs and initiatives are executed effectively
- Managing external suppliers and agencies where required, ensuring quality, value and effective delivery
- Identifying opportunities to continuously improve how we plan, deliver and measure marketing across the region
