If you take pride in making every customer feel like the most important person in the room, this role at Frizelle Sunshine Automotive in Southport was made for you. As a Delivery Coordinator in the New Vehicles team, you will be the face of the dealership at the most exciting moment in a customer's purchase journey.

About the role:

This is a role where your ability to connect with people and deliver a polished experience directly shapes how customers feel on one of the biggest purchase days of their lives.

Your day-to-day will include:

Leading the handover of new vehicles and creating a genuinely memorable experience for every customer who walks through the door
Building rapport with customers during the delivery process, answering questions with confidence and care
Liaising with the sales team, workshop, and detailing staff to keep vehicle readiness on schedule
Managing delivery bookings and communicating clearly with customers about collection times and requirements
Completing delivery documentation accurately, giving you ownership of an important part of the sales process
Identifying and resolving any pre-delivery issues promptly, so every handover goes without a hitch

About you:

You are someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, takes pride in your presentation, and understands that the details are what make a great customer experience.

More about you:

A natural communicator who puts customers at ease and leaves them feeling looked after
Well presented and professional in appearance, understanding that first impressions matter in a customer-facing role
Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within the automotive industry or a similarly detail-oriented environment
Organised and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities without letting anything slip
Comfortable working with systems and paperwork to ensure accurate record-keeping
A current Queensland driver's licence is essential, as moving vehicles between locations is part of the role
