Demonstrated willingness and capacity to learn across a broad range of school business operations, including finance, human resources, compliance and administration. A genuine interest in developing a longer-term career in business operations or school business management would be highly regarded.
- Undertake HR administration and process relevant transactions through EduPay.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting administration, appointments, employment documentation and onboarding.
- Maintain leave and absence records and support the processing of relevant leave reimbursements, including SRP leave reimbursements.
- Assist with finance administration, including bank account and credit card reconciliations.
- Support purchasing and procurement processes, including liaising with suppliers and maintaining relevant documentation.
- Liaise with CentrePay, banking institutions and other external providers as required.
- Undertake administration across relevant College systems, including CASES21, Compass and EduPay.
- Prepare and maintain policy, procedural and operational documentation.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, records and information required for business operations and compliance purposes.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Business Manager and College leadership team.
- Undertake other duties as directed by the Business Manager or Principal, consistent with the classification and scope of the position.
- Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the Business Manager across a range of business functions.
- Support the coordination of human resources, recruitment, onboarding and staff administration processes.
- Assist with financial administration, purchasing, procurement and reconciliation processes.
- Maintain accurate records and support the administration of relevant school systems, including EduPay, CASES21 and Compass.
- Support the development, maintenance and implementation of business procedures, documentation and administrative processes.
- Assist the Business Manager with reporting, compliance and general business operations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes and administrative systems.
- Work collaboratively with staff, external providers and relevant stakeholders to support the efficient operation of the College.

This is a 0.6 FTE position, with the distribution of approximately 22.8 hours per week negotiable across four or five days. The College is committed to providing flexibility where possible, with the role offering an attractive school-hours working arrangement.
