This is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave, based at our National Support Office in Burnley.
What's involved
Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns for a portfolio of private label brands, from strategy and briefing through to execution and performance review.
Use customer insights and commercial priorities to shape brand positioning, campaign messaging and creative direction.
Partner with agencies and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent and effective marketing across paid, owned and in-store channels.
Act as a brand custodian, maintaining brand guidelines, packaging standards and governance across customer touchpoints.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, Merchandise, Global Sourcing and Digital to deliver shared business outcomes.
Manage campaign budgets, timelines and priorities while supporting and developing team capability.

You'll be joining a supportive team that values curiosity, teamwork and continuous improvement. You're customer-focused, commercially minded and motivated by the opportunity to build strong brands that make a real impact.
What you'll need
5+ years' experience in brand, campaign or marketing roles, with strong experience delivering integrated campaigns end to end.
Proven ability to develop marketing strategies that balance customer needs with commercial objectives.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing and collaborating across multiple teams and agency partners.
