Car Wash Franchise Operator

Position: Car Wash Franchise Operator
Location: Various locations Sydney QLD & NSW
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive base salary with potential for significant earnings through performance.

About the Role

As a Car Wash Franchise Operator, you will be responsible for managing and operating your own franchise in our network. You will oversee day-to-day operations which include staff management, customer service excellence, inventory control, and maintaining high-quality wash standards. Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the car wash franchise, including staff supervision and training.
Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
Conduct financial planning and manage budgets and expenses.
