The Positions:

Experience international gourmet cuisine as you showcase culinary mastery in a prestigious global setting.

Join an esteemed team with the highest standards in hospitality and culinary excellence.

The Person:

Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a commercial kitchen environment. Must hold the appropriate trade qualifications or training.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Strong attention to detail and passion for culinary excellence.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Interviews will take place at onsite recruitment days at Melbourne Park, or via Teams throughout August and September 2026.

These are casual contract roles that will commence Monday 5th October unless otherwise communicated. Please note that commencement of employment does not guarantee shifts from this date. Shifts will be allocated in line with operational requirements, with rostering for the Australian Open campaign commencing closer to the event. All onboarding and training will be provided prior to commencement.
